TCS IP2 is an intelligent digital solution that uses artificial intelligence, IoT, and digital twin technologies to optimize the performance of power plants. The solution can be deployed on cloud or on-premise, and is extendable to renewable power sources such as wind, solar, and grid-scale batteries.

Digital twin-driven self-learning AI platform for real-time decision advisory.

TCS IP2 collects historical and real-time data from different systems that control operations in power plants. This data is then used to analyze 3,000+ sensor inputs and 20,000+ set-point combinations in real time to provide action advisory for power plants.

TCS IP2 comprises four key components:

A pre-built customized platform consisting of four modules: 

• IP2 Insight: Provides advanced visibility and insight into plant operations in real time 

• IP2 Performance: Optimizes performance and efficiency of power plant for diverse operating conditions

• IP2 Maintenance: Provides predictive maintenance and improves asset reliability and availability

• IP2 Studio: Workbench for engineers and data scientists to develop digital twins with a low code interface
